Launched in 2014, the Young Bankers programme was created to introduce real banking environments. Since then, it has evolved into a flagship initiative, welcoming new generations of students each year and supporting the development of financially aware, future-ready individuals.
Terms and Conditions
- One or both parents/legal guardians must be Commercial Bank Premium customers.
- Open only to youth aged 14 to 17 at the time of submitting the participation request.
- Applicants must not have participated in previous years.
- Applicants must hold a Qatar residency and resident in Qatar.
- Participants will undergo a two-day orientation course before being assigned to Commercial Bank branches.
- Branch placement will be conducted fairly, considering proximity to residence or area whenever possible.
- Program will be conducted in English only.
- The Commercial Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion and in accordance with its internal policies and criteria.
- The participant and their legal guardian shall comply with all instructions, policies, and internal regulations of the Commercial Bank throughout the Program period.
- Participants shall maintain the confidentiality of all information and data accessed during the Program and shall not disclose the same to any third party.
الشروط والأحكام
- يشترط لقبول المتقدم في البرنامج أن يكون أحد والديه أو كلاهما أو الوصي القانوني عليه من عملاء الخدمات المصرفية المميزة لدى البنك التجاري.
- يقتصر الاشتراك في البرنامج على الفئة العمرية من (14) إلى (17) عاما وقت تقديم طلب الاشتراك.
- لا يحق للمتقدمين الذين سبق لهم المشاركة في البرنامج في الأعوام السابقة التقدم مجددًا.
- يشترط أن يكون المتقدم مقيمًا في دولة قطر ويحمل إقامة سارية المفعول.
- يلتزم جميع المشاركين بحضور البرنامج التعريفي الذي يمتد لمدة يومين وذلك كمتطلب أساسي قبل مباشرة التدريب العملي في فروع البنك التجاري.
- يتم توزيع المشاركين على الفروع وفق آلية تنظيمية يحددها البنك ، بما يضمن العدالة في التوزيع مع مراعاة القرب من محل السكن أو النطاق الجغرافي قدر الإمكان.
- تُقدم جميع أنشطة البرنامج وجلساته باللغة الإنجليزية.
- يحتفظ البنك التجاري بحقه في قبول أو رفض أي طلب مشاركة دون إبداء الأسباب، وذلك وفقًا للمعايير والسياسات الداخلية المعتمدة.
- يلتزم المشارك وولي أمره بالتقيد بجميع التعليمات والسياسات واللوائح الداخلية المعمول بها لدى البنك التجاري طوال مدة البرنامج.
- يلتزم المشاركون بالحفاظ على سرية جميع المعلومات والبيانات التي قد يطلعون عليها خلال فترة البرنامج، وعدم الإفصاح عنها لأي طرف ثالث.
